Describe how to identify malnutrition in the critically ill patient with obesity 
Identify the key considerations in conducting NFPE for critically ill patients with obesity  
Demonstrate how to interpret clinical findings and examine NFPE techniques to determine micronutrient deficiencies and diagnose malnutrition in critically ill obese patients
